Poll: How Do You Measure Digital Marketing Success?

In February, we wanted to see how our readers prioritized connecting and engaging with customers through social media. We asked what level of priority you would rank connecting with customers socially:
- High Priority
- Moderate Priority
- Low Priority
- Not a Priority
42% said they have made this a priority, while 33% said this was not a priority at all. Only 17% said it was a moderate priority and 8% said it was a low priority. This question seemingly elicited an “all-or-nothing” response, showing that voters who have included social media in their marketing mix likely either spend a fair amount of time with it or next to none at all.
